Dr Tim Deen was educated at the University of Melbourne and went on to establish what became a well-known family dental practice in Chirnside Park.

As the founding dentist of Meadowgate Dental, Tim played an important role in building a trusted local practice for patients across Chirnside Park, Lilydale and the broader Yarra Valley communities. Over many years, the practice became closely associated with straightforward, reliable general dentistry and long-standing relationships with local families.

Tim’s contribution to the area continued through the growth of the Meadowgate practice, including the years in which it operated with other dentists who later became part of its history. His work helped lay the foundations for a practice culture centered on patient care, continuity and practical family dentistry.

Since retiring from clinical practice in 2012, Tim has remained connected with the local dental community. We are honored that he continues to place his trust in our team for his own dental care, a reflection of the continuity and respect that have long shaped this practice.

Dr Deen leaves behind a strong local legacy and many patients who remember his calm manner, clinical experience and contribution to dentistry in Melbourne’s outer east.
